Throughout the expedition, the landscapes evolve between regs and canyons , oceans of dunes and green valleys until the discovery of the emblematic sites of Ihrir , Essendiléne and Tadrat rouge.
The traveller will have the opportunity to another discovery of the desert where the amazing landscapes are diversified between sands, rocky mountains that come in different shapes, greenery, water sources and valleys.

THE OASIS OF IHRIR
This region has been inhabited since the Neolithic era . It is located in the Tassili n'Ajjer , a cultural Park, in the southern Algeria. IHRIR is also classified as a UNISCO world heritage site since 1982 and it is designed as a Biosphere reserve in 1986. This region is the only real natural water source in desert landscape.
TADRART ROUGE
This site offers one of the most majestic desert landscapes. Famous of Its gigantic dunes of a unique red, the narrow canyons, the rocky peaks, the winding arches, the impressive sandstone castles and the ancient rock painting and engravings; all forming a timeless tableau of fantastic colours and shapes that delight every visitor.
ESSENDILENE
ESSENDILENE is now un uninhabited oasis in the Algerian Sahara, located in a canyon of Tassili n'Ajjer, about 100 km northwest of Djanet. Essendilène belongs to the Tassili cultural park, the largest national park in Algeria this region constitutes as a high place and a prime destination for Saharian tourism. Explore this remarkable site and immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the desert.
